Refund policy
At LuminaLift, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please note: due to hygiene reasons, opened conductive gel serums cannot be returned once unsealed.
How to Request a Return Simply contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with easy return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your LuminaLift device arrives damaged or not working as expected, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll take care of it straight away.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Your Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
